Off-piste Madeiran rum

William Hinton originally started making rum on Madeira in 1845
Made from freshly press sugar cane juice, this very particular rum was subjected to a special process of prolonged fermentation
On the nose, this unaged rum has strong grassy, floral, cane juice aromas, with a hint of banana
On the palate light and mildly citrus and a slight nuttines too. A very smooth rum
Perfect alone but excellent as base for your favourite cocktails such as a mojito or a cuba libre
