It starts when the Master Distiller selects the corn, rye, and barley malt for distilling. The specially grown sweet corn gives the bourbon its rich taste.
After distillation, the spirit is poured into premium-quality, #4 alligator char, white oak barrels. The charcoal covering the inside of our barrels gives Wild Turkey its signature flavor and deep auburn color.
