The aim is to produce a range of authentic, well-priced wines from local Italian grape varieties.
Pale straw yellow in colour, this is a lightly aromatic dry Pinot Grigio with ripe citrus and baked apple characters. It is fresh, crisp and easy to drink, with soft, lightly honeyed fruit. It's certainly more interesting than your basic Pinot Grigio!
