Made with Raasay juniper, this is zesty, refreshing and smooth

• Launched in 2017, the Isle of Raasay Distillery are the first spirits company producing whisky and gin (legally) on this tiny island
• The distillery source almost all ingredients for this products from the island. There's a population there of 160 residents and a lot of them either work for or have a working relationship with the distillery
• The recipe combines ten carefully chosen botanicals, including Raasay juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and our double distilled spirit
• This is a zesty gin with powerful notes of lemon sherbert, liquorice and a touch of rhubarb
• Wonderful when combined with tonic but blends impeccably with vermouth to produce a formidable martini
