Distilled from sweet potatoes and then re-distilled in the presence of juniper, coriander and citrus zest as well as a few other botanicals he distiller would rather keep secret.
The flavour is quit unique! The sweet potato spirit has a sweet yet earthy flavour of its own, but distilled with all of the botanicals, a whole new beast it born!
