Rathfinny Estate in East Sussex was founded in 2010 by husband and wife, Mark and Sarah Driver. Once a working arable farm, the first vines were planted in 2012 and today Rathfinny comprises over 200 acres of predominantly Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The Blanc de Noirs is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir & 35% Pinot Meunier which was fermented in stainless steel at 16 C degrees fully undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine has rested on its lees
for 36 months before disgorgement. Only 4g/l dosage yet the wine is beautifully balanced.

Displays a delicate nose of peonies and wild strawberries. The nose continues to the palate with more red fruit flavours such as raspberry, with further notes of toasted almonds and crunchy caramelised red apple.
