- Sébastien Redde is a new grower in Pouilly Fumé. His family's estate, Domaine La Moynerie, make an impressive array of single vineyard cuvées in the Pouilly Fumé appellation, which reach their zenith in 'Marjoram' - only made in the best vintages from 40 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines. Redde et Fils work hard in the vineyard and cellar to showcase the diverse soil types of the appellation including red flint soils, the Portlandian limestone, and the Kimmeridgian marl of Pouilly Fumé on the banks of the River Cher, facing Sancerre.
This cuvée is designed to be drunk young and is all about freshness and immediate enjoyment. It is aromatic and floral on the nose, bright and charming on the palate and is extremely easy to drink.
