A celebration of the sea, Navigation Gin is a distilled blend of foraged coastal and historic botanicals, which is then aged in an ancient vintage Madeira cask (from Vinhos Barbeito). The umami-rich notes of the botanicals are accentuated by the umami character of the accumulated sotolon in the old frasquieira cask.
