Ochagavia Wines is a Chilean winery, located in Macul, Santiago. The winery was founded in 1851 by Don Silvestre OchagavÃa Echazarreta after he visited Europe and studied French winemaking. On his return to Chile he became one of the first to use Bordeaux techniques in Chile.
