- Many of the vineyards are planted on sandy soil and clay and limestone, the vineyards contain Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan and Mourvedre. They are blended in different proportions each vintage to produce a soft supple wine of consistent quality.
The southern Rhône Valley is the home of this spicy, redcurrant fruited wine that is a blend of Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. Soft and fresh, this is a great partner for light meats and can even be enjoyed slightly chilled.
