- Part of a new range of premium wines crafted by the 4th generation of the Falasco family, proprietors of Bodega Los Haroldos, this wine is produced from fruit grown in the coolest part of La Cosulta in the Uco Valley. The soil here is mainly alluvial with the soil featuring a clay and rock base with a stony, sandy surface which is ideal for viticulture, as is allows for good drianage and forces the vines to grow deep, strong roots.
A full bodied, rich wine with ripe black fruits flavours supported by rich cherries and juicy plums, there are also hints of violets and vanilla, great texture and a long aromatic finish.
- "Intense, aromas reminiscent of ripe black fruits like blackberries, ripe cherries, plums and floral notes. There's spicy notes too and vanilla and chocolate driven by toasty oak - an excellent effort" - Amanda Barnes, Wine & Travel Writer.
- 91 Points - Tim Atkin MW.
Harpers Wines Stars awarded 5 Stars to the superb 'Hermandad Malbec' for achieving the highest overall score of wines submitted from Mendoza and in all of Argentina.
