Made by Gvantsa Abuladze, sister to Baia, this is a gem of a wine. It is made with 100% Aladasturi, a rare native vareity. Fermentation takes place in qvevri with wild yeast. The result is a smooth and unique wine with notes of red berry fruit and violet.
