- Presented 'en rama' this bottle is unfiltered, so it may contain some sediment but you also get the truest expression of this sherry
- The nose has powerful characteristics from flor along with medicinal notes, green olives, pastry, hazelnut and marzipan

'An eight-year-old fino taken from just a few selected casks. The nose is heady with caramel, coffee and almonds.
