Exton Park RB32 Brut Reserve, Hampshire NV

RB is Exton Park's signature range and draws on a collection of 10 years of reserve wines.
Their Brut RB is a blend of 32 reserve wines and spend 3 years minimum ageing on its lees.
This is a versatile wine, as well as an aperitif, it would match well with savoury dishes such a smoked trout, or softly sweet, such as Victoria sponge.
