Cocktail: "Oxford Had The Last Word"

30ml Physic Gin (Oxford Artisan Distillery)

20ml Yellow Chartreuse

10ml Don Fino

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Shake all ingredients hard with ice and serve straight up in a martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest.
