Other Info:
The Falasco Family Group is formed by two companies: Los Haroldos SA and Balbo SA. The entire social capital of both companies belongs to the Falasco Family. Both companies are located in eastern Mendoza, which is the area with the highest production of wine in Mendoza and their vineyards are located at an altitude of 700 to 1250 meters above sea level.

Grupo Familia Falasco is one of the five wineries with the highest amount of grapes processed during the harvest season in Argentina and in terms of sales it is one of the ten wineries with the highest sales of fine wines within Argentina. Their large range of fine wines is produced by some of the best-known winemakers in the country, obtaining excellent wines to satisfy most of the demands of Argentine and foreign consumers.

Made with 70% Bonarda and 30% Malbec, this wine has a clean red cherry aroma. Fermented without the use of oak barrels, the flavours are all about fresh red fruits and soft tannins.

Press:
"Bonarda is a stealthy red wine option from Argentina that I think is going to make a big splash in the coming years. It's actually a surprise that we've missed it until now as it's Argentina's second most widely planted red grape! Bonarda from Argentina is not the same wine as Italian Bonarda. Argentina's Bonarda is actually a grape called Douce Noir ("doose nwar")" - Natalie MacLean - Canadian Wine Writer and the publisher of a subscription website.

Food match:

Simple but meaty dishes like sausage and mash would work very nicely with this!
