- Other Info:
- The property is located at La Clape - a coastal sub-zone of the Languedoc region that gets its name from the Occitan term clapas, meaning 'pile of stone'. It really is as close to the sea as its château name suggests: the Boscarys' 58ha of stunning, untamed vineyards, interspersed with trees and wild flowers, are on the cliffs of the striking Massif de la Clape, facing south out towards the sea.
White wine from La Clape has to include the bourboulenc grape, which gives the wine its grip, with roussanne added for body and flavour. Bone-dry, vibrant and fruity with real length of flavour, perfect with food but refreshing enough to be enjoyed on its own - perhaps with a few green olives on the side

- Food match:
Grilled seafood is a great match for this saline and smoky wine.
