- Magnifique property of 55 ha, the Château de la Deidière was once the hunting place of the Counts of Pierrefeu. King Louis XIV gave the Lord the privilege of hunting the pigeon and had a magnificent Provencal pigeon-house surmounted by the coat of arms of the Chateau: the knight's helmet and the 11 stars. This cuvée was created in tribute to this emblematic building of the property.
Nearly all the sugar is fermented out of this delicious rosé, it is almost a diet rosé. Seriously dry but retains some fruit flavours so good with food also.
