Coming from vines with an average age of 35, the fruit is selected and separated according to the subtle differences in the landscape. A long, cool fermentation follows to preserve maximum fruit flavour.

A forward nose of red berries, cherry and redcurrants. The palate is smooth and well balanced with darker fruit characters and subtle smokiness.
