The Drouin family has a passion for Calvados and their goal is to produce an exceptional product using traditional methods. By limiting the extraction of liquid during the pressing of the pomace they ensure only the very best juice is the base for their award winning spirits. Maturation takes place in small second hand casks which have previously housed Port, Sherry, Banyuls or Cognac adding an extra complexity to the finished product.

Rich toffee apple on the nose. The complex palate shows notes of sultanas and a hint of orange peel, rich baked apple comes through with a finish of baking spices.
