After making a London dry style gin a portion of this is taken away to steep orange peel, cloves, star anise, ginger and cinnamon. This is then blended back in and to the gin and left to rest, the resuting gin has an aronge hue with a slightly sweeter but spiced profile.

Goes brilliantly with Orange Peel and Cloves. Bathtub's base gin has additional orange peel, juniper, cassia, coriander, cloves and cardamom steeped into it giving it the vibrant hue. Any sweet spice goes great with this gin e.g. cinnamon, cloves, star anise...
