Pleasantly restrained, well balanced and highly aromatic with flavours of peach combined with subtle spice and an extremely long finish. The wine contains 80% Viognier with Petit Manseng, Muscat and Gewurtztraminer to add complexity. 40% of the juice was aged in used neutral oak.
