A classic English bitter, mid copper in colour with a remarkable complexity of flavour and depth drawn from a combination of five malts and five hop varieties. Bottle conditioned ale hand -bottled at the brewery just outside Oxford. Unfliltered and unfined. Contains no animal products.

The beers it produces combine traditional English brewing techniques and ingredients with some of the remarkable hops now being produced in South Island New Zealand and Washington State USA.
