Perrier Jouët Belle Époque Rosé Vintage
Ref. 0316
The Belle Epoque Rosé is made by the addition of red wine rather than the saignée method, with a final blend otherwise very similar to the straight Belle Epoque, with the Chardonnay sourced from Cramant in each case. It has complex, subtle flavours of cherry and raspberry with a bready, yeasty nose.
