Finca del Rey Bobal Rosé, Valencia
The Bobal grape is widely grown in many localities within and outside the Valencia region, and makes a decent and fruity red. However, the intense colour and flavour the grapes impart also facilitates the production of aromatic and satisfying rosé. This fresh, juicy example is a case in point, with cherry and strawberry notes on a balanced and savoury palate making for a versatile and adaptable wine, good for summer dining and informal occasions.
