- Other info: The Moncayo region provides optimum conditions for growing grapes, especially Garnacha that by tradition represents 70% of the total production of Bodegas Borsao. New varieties such as Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon have adapted to this hard, dry and stony land. The hillsides and undulations of the Moncayo protect the different vineyards which are situated at altitudes of between 400 and 700 metres, thus regulating the temperature and giving the grapes their characteristic aromas.
