- This is an off-dry aged sherry blending 87% dry Palomino sherry with 13% sweet Pedro Ximénez
- The nose balances characteristics of Palo Cortado with Pedro Ximénez incorporating dark caramel with minerality and notes of roasted nuts
- The palate is full-bodied with plenty of spicy notes, chocolate, figs and toffee along with sea salt and sweet coffee
- The finish is medium in length with hints of bread crust, hazelnut and a touch of smoke
- V.O.R.S. stands for the Latin "Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum" or to us, "Very Rare Old Sherry" and signifies 30 years of ageing
