Luxury Apartment in St Lucia

Mangrove 3c is a luxury 3 bedroomed apartment of approximately 2200 square feet with fantastic front line views overlooking the bay. It is equipped to the highest level and is available to rent for certain periods throughout the year. It ideally sleeps six in the three large air conditioned bedrooms and the maximum capacity is eight using the sofa bed in the sitting room. It has a kitchen and small utility room and is perfect for a combination of self catering and eating out in the various bay or hotel restaurants. The apartment is privately owned but is part of a small luxury hotel and users have the hotel’s full facilities available. Spacious Cottage in Beer, Devon

Sea Mist is a beautifully furnished, spacious mid terrace cottage, close to the sea and village. It is just off Beer's main street, almost opposite the central car park and only a minute's stroll from the beach.

The accommodation is comprised of a large open plan sitting and dining room, furnished and decorated to a high standard with TV and DVD and a small contemporary gas stove for cold winter evenings. The dining area overlooks the tastefully laid out patio. There is a stunning contemporary style kitchen, also overlooking the patio which includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine/dryer and a microwave. There is a large open hatch to the second sitting room. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, and is light and airy with lots of personal touches and storage. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 3 has a 3' single bed and contemporary decor. There is a bathroom with a modern style bath, washbasin and WC and also a luxurious separate shower room with a walk in shower, washbasin and WC. At the rear of the property is a beautiful patio, reached by crossing a right of way footpath which has a barbecue, table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Two Gites and Bed & Breakfast in the South of France

Charente Maritime - Exceptional Village House For Sale - France
